filament flasher wrasse

does anyone have one of these? how do they act, how does it get along with other wrasse?

i just bought one yesterday and since it has been released into my tank i havent seen it. i found it hiding in a small dark crevice in my reef this morning. typically how long will it take for it to become un-shy?
in my tank: stary blenny, mystery wrasse, blue dot yellow goby, twin spot goby, clarkii clown, 2 chromis, 2 red fire shrimp, and NEW filamente wrasse.

I love mine. He is a very active swimmer and is very peaceful with my 2 new nahackys wrasse. It took him a week or so before he would come out from his crevice so I wouldn't be worried about that. Most wrasse I have had were similar In being shy at first. I think you will be super pleased with your new addition.

My flasher took a good 2 or 3 days to come out. He is always out now. Not sure but the mystery wrasse might beat on him

the mystery wrasse is chasing my filamented wrasse when ever it comes out to feed. i tried breaking them up but my mystery looks like its hunting around the tank for the filamented wrasse. heres a pic of my mystery hunting.

Mystery wrasse IME remind me a lot of sixlines in aggression

i tried taking the the flasher out and cant catch the guy.

heres what happened to the flasher wrasse.... mystery wrasse is swimming around like he owns the place.

Don't try another wrasse unless you are ready to part with the Mystery. Please research the purchase *before* you buy Mystery's are very well known to kill any new wrasses introduced into the tank.

Sorry about the loss.....but you don't be able to keep fairy/flashers with that Mystery wrasse.

Maybe Possum...not sure. I know you can't keep flashers/fairies with them.

will a sixline go at it with my mystery wrasse? im thinking about it better the $40 fish than the $100 fish..... still sad about it but what can i do.... shouldnt have put it in their. My lfs told me
it would be fine.....

wrasse have really grown on me lately... sucks i cant take advantage with such a small tank.. 50G cube, i guess ill stick to clowns...lol

id just get it out of there. filed down fish hook, trap, removing the rockwork, ect. anything to get that terror out.
