Filefish Bloated

Hi all~ my name is kyle, I am a 14 year old reefer that has been keeping tanks for over 3 years. I joined this forum because of a sick fish. I have had this orange spot filefish for over 8 months from liveaquaria divers den, it has been eating well, was fat and healthy. It has been living in a 28 gallon nano cube with 3 seahorses, a yellow clown goby, and a perchlet. The tank has been running for over 3 years. I recently looked at it, and noticed that it was skinny, which was odd because its stomach was really fat. this was right after feeding, so i decided to wait till the next day to check if its stomach was still very big. And this morning I looked and it was. I do not know what it is or how to treat it. I know that the orange spot filefish is deemed almost impossible to keep, but i have kept it like i said before fat and health for over 8 months. Then out of the blue this happens. It is not eating nearly as much as before, maybe 3-6 pieces of brine shrimp every feed (brine is its favourite, and being that it is sick i decided that this would be best to keep him alive) usually he eats mysis because of the 3 seahorses living with him.

any thoughts? we do not have a quarantine system set up at the moment, we might be able to quickly throw something together, the filefish should be easy to catch.
thank you!

update: filefish is no longer swimming, hiding in between corals and rocks. most likely will be dead by tomorrow :(
