Filling tank with RODI. Do I need to air stone?

I am filling tank for first time. Will take a couple days to fill up. Should I run air stone so water does not sit still. I will not be able to turn pump on until Sunday.
When should I start to add salt?

your water will be fine just sitting there for a couple of days. I personally like to add the salt before filling. When I filled my 180g it took a few days to get enough water. I was making it in 30g batches and then pumping it into the tank. If you do not like the batch idea then I would wait until it was full and start adding it once you can get the pumps circulating. Mixing in the salt after the tank is full and circulating has always worked for me.
