Film on pokerstar

I was doing some work in tank today and noticed my pokerstar monti had a film on about half of it. It kind of looked like a spider web laying on top of it. Parameters have all been stable. Any Ideas what could cause this.

Sounds like the feeding web of a vermiculite snail. They look like a feather duster tube but is actually a snail that excretes a slimy web out to catch debris, like when you stir stuff up in you tank.

Id kill it before it smothers your coral. I lost a wild nadosa monti to a vermic snail.
