Filter for 5.5 gallon nano

This will be my first nano and i need to know what to use as a filter for this small of tank? Would the live rock be a good enough filter or would i need something else? Also what size power head should be used? <Thanks>

Live rock will be plenty. I've added a small power filter (Whisper) for Seagel.

On my 5.5 I have a 90 gph powerhead split into two returns, seems about right.

Water changes should be your filtration imo.

Live rock and water changes! a small hang on if you want, but I don't think its needed.

i have a AC300(AC110) on mind, it alil powerful and moves the sand around a bit.
