Filter sock ?

I was wanting to place a filter sock on the output of my reef octo dual hang on skimmer to reduce bubbles can someone help find a smaller one that will work. I guess i will zip tie it?

that is what i do for my return from my overflow, i just use a regular foot sock and change it about every week or two
