Filter Socks Part Deux: Oyster Feast

I am reading on my bottle of Reef Nutrition Oyster Feast that it is 1-200 microns in size. If I am running a 200 micron sock, does that mean most of the food for my SPS will pass through the bag and continune back into the system (assuming some passes by the skimmer)? THat would be a good thing.

Yes, that's how I would interpret that statement (most food should pass through the sock).
