not per se, but there are some corals that do well in prisitine water, and others that do not. That should not be confused with water high in nitrates etc., but higher in nutrients/food. IME, over filter and feed normal. Plus, filtration is a broad term. I would not stress about over filtration. Just get a good skimmer and down the road when you have more experience, you can look into alternative methods like turf scrubbers, bio pellets/carbon dosing etc.

Looks like you have plenty of filtration. Make sure you clean your bio balls clean or they can create alot of NO3.

CLEAN BIOBALLS are designed to quickly and efficiently convert (very toxic) ammonia to (less toxic) nitrites and nitrates by providing a surface for aerobic (air loving) bacteria to thrive. This is why CLEAN BIOBALLS are often called a "nitrate factory".
Regarding the OP's filtration question, recall there are 3 types:
1)biological
2)mechanical
3)chemical
The original Berlin filtration system includes biological filtration (via live rock) and a skimmer.
JMO but IMO/IME bioballs may cause more harm than good in a reef aquarium. I suggest researching their removal.
There is such a thing as to much filtration and not enough water movement.
If all you have are 2 powerheads hooked to a wave maker then your in trouble. U want constant high water flow.
And remove all the waste before critters that depend on it means less benificial critters.
Your best bio filtration would be your LR , SB and surface. Good water flow will push water through the LR and SB for gas conversion as with a good gas exchange at the surface .
A few good powerheads and a HOB filter should be plenty with much less maintiance on your part.
