just wanted to say that i placed an order last friday for saturday delivery. got my tracking info from fin and feather and all going smooth until i picked up package at fed ex and it was brought out in a plastic bag. you guessed it. my box was all wet a total bummer. after breaking the news to fin and feather they started the ball rolling to get my credit back and file a claim with fed ex. just like to see that quick customer service. thanks guys.
