We will be moving in a month and although I'm staying in the hobby, I already know a number of changes I'll be making when I re-establish my system. For this reason, I am selling most of my equipment versus storing it all while we are waiting for our new house to be built.
Prices are for local pick-up. All prices are "or best reasonable offer". I can be reached best by PM.I will ship and accept PayPal, but shipping and fees will have to be covered.
There is some timing required for some items, but for the most part, everything is ready, or can be ready to go now. As you can see, some pieces are still on the system running, but all can be ready to go very quickly.

O) Bullet proof Dual Stage CO2 Regulator and New Steel CO2 Tank = $225. I built this regulator from scratch after being fed up with the generally available/standard ones. Built from the highest quality parts - AirGas dual stage regulator body, Burkert solenoid valve, Swagelok fittings (including vernier metering valve). I set this once and haven't touched it for 3 years, except to change CO2 tanks.

Q) Custom GEO Beckett Skimmer w/Reeflo Tarpon Pressure Biased Pump = $350.
35" total skimmer height. Beast of a skimmer - it was really amazing on my 185g total volume system.
I just changed the saltwater seals on the Tarpon as well as changed the plumbing a bit and when I re-started, there is a small leak. I couldn't tell if it is the seals or the plumbing, but with the house on the market, I couldn't take the time to troubleshoot completely (nor could I let it run and leak). I'm pricing the setup to account for the possibility of having to ship the pump back to Reeflo to have it completely re-worked and re-warrantied ($145).
R) TWO sets of two AI Sol Blue LEDs with an Apex VDM module for each set = $450 each set (2 Sols + 1 VDM) or $800 for 4 Sols and 1 VDM. Two are black housing, 2 are white housing.
S) Reeflo Dart/Snapper Pump = $150
Used as the main return for my entire system for 4 years without a hiccup.
T) Fish Room Rack with 45g glass frag tank, 90g sump with baffles and water mixing/changing station including 2 32g Brutes and plumbing (no pumps) = $225
All 2x6 and 2x4 construction and heavy as all get out, but rock solid and extremely functional.
U) Appx. 20 pounds of live rock from my sump. Some rubble up to maybe large grapefruit sized pieces. = $30
