Final verdict PLEASE

I cant seem to get a final answer,
i have a shark egg which looks like he is gonna end up a plain banded.
Is he going to outgrow my 180 or not?

Yes. They get to about 39-40" long. In order to care for these animals long term, you'll need a tank of at least 480g, or an 8' x 4' footprint.

well what is the average growth rate?

In the first year, they'll grow about 8-12", then their growth slows to about 2-3" per year.
