Finally finished my light.

I've been using my light for awhile now and I finally got around to cleaning up the wiring and re-positioning my LED dimmer knobs. The original light had 2 ballasts so when I took one out the light didn't hang level. I found a piece of 1/4" steel to use as a counter balance.

My drivers were on the wall next to the light and I had wires all over the place. My dimmer knobs were next to the drivers.

I mounted all my drivers inside the t5 hood and was able to remove the piece of steel. I got all 5 drivers hooked up to one plug so I only have 2 plugs now instead of 4. Lastly I cut a new hole in the side of the fixture and put all my dimmer knobs next to the switches for the t5s.

I'm going to find a way to make the cut out around the knobs look a little better but I'm super stoked about how much cleaner the fixture and wall look

Thanks guys.

I was no where near a "handy man" before starting up my reef tank. I just take it one piece at a time, and make adjustments as I go.

That thing looks like a par monster.. I have the same fixture =) sitting in my garage you got me thinking .. Might try that before the ATI.. Looks great man..

It does pretty good on the PAR. I think when Jon came over and measured it it was about 180 on the sand. Without LED compensation factor. I also switched the t5s from true actinic to b+.
