I just finished my canpoy with my light that i bought at xmas time i am pleased with the color so far it has only been about 30 minutes though. The light is a lumenarc mini III 250w 12,000k reeflux bulb on coralvue electronic ballast. Now I will be ready for my first corals I hope to have some pics btw tank is a hexagon.

It took mine a couple weeks to not be so blue. BTW, the PAR numbers for those bulbs were just released in last month's AA magazine and they weren't good. Bummer too because I really liked the color of mine. Also, mine start color shifting at about 7 - 8 months of age. They would actually look yellow sometimes.
