Finally!!!

Finally! Finally I got a black ocellaris, and for $28! I traded my saddleback for him and payed the difference. Also, I bought a smaller sized orange ocellaris. They were in different bags, so I was hoping for the best. I acclimated them at the same time and let them swim out of the bag, but both openings were facing each other, so that while exiting the bag, they would see eachother. They ended up exiting at the exact same time and went into the tank together. They paired up instantly. And these fish were on opposite sides of my LFS! They "sleep" together at night at the top of the tank in the corner. I am just worried that they are going to get scared and jump down 6 feet and hit the base moulding, like my snowflake eel. What can I use to put over the back of the tank? I will try to get a picture up soon. It is 4 feet long and has a hang-on skimmer, filter intake/output tubes, and chiller intake/output tubes. That is it. And the opening is about 3 inches wide by 4 feet.

Can you fit some egg crate in there? You aren't out of the woods yet as far as pairing goes. I bought 2 regular Ocellaris as juvies and a couple weeks ago I had to separate them because the little one was beating the bigger one up so bad I thought it was going to die.

Titus, I found this rigid plastic gutter guard at the hardware store, the nice things about this stuff is it trims easily, and has a clipon channel like the plastic guards that come with glass tank tops.

A 3ft length from the store, was less than $2

Trimmed to fit around my plumbing and stuff, glass tops are temporary till I get my diy canopy finished.

I am thinking that the black clown is actually a black varient of a Percula. He/She has an orange mouth. I am uploading a video now to photobucket. Taking forever...
