Finnex M-Tank (Baffles)

Anyone ever install baffles in the first chamber of the Finnex M-Tank?

I am removing rain trays and thinking baffles in this section with eggcrate and filter floss to catch debris?

Thoughts? Suggestions?

What have others done to remove particulate matter in absence of rain trays?

In my m-tank I took the pump from the skimmer and pump for return and put both in the left chamber going directly into tank. Then in ride chamber I took all trays out and put a fuge in that side. Where the surface skimmer is that goes into the left chamber I put a filtet pad there, this reduces the noise of the water and filters it.

i wouldn't see this...... still tryin to figure how just how i want to setup my future tank
