Fire shrimp food

Whats the best thing to feed Fire Shrimp, I've read that they will eat a lot of things just wondering what is best for them though

A nice mix of meaty type seafoods and commercial fish foods work well. Basically the leftovers of what you feed the fish

No fish in the tank yet so i'm just putting in a little amount of frozen brine shrimp. Thanks for replying

You'd be better off feeding frozen mysis or krill, or even a high quality pellet/flake than frozen brine. They'll pretty much eat anything, but brine shrimp isn't particularly nutritious.

Alright maybe I'll switch to mysis then. This was just what the pet store suggested. I'm using the kyorin brand frozen food.
