i'm finally going to get a fish into my nano after 3months of no fishees. i lost my black clowns to ich and my first firefish doa. hope this one will do better.

wow and just got word that i kinda over paid since there is another lfs that had them for cheeper.

that new LFS in town - u know the one who came to speak during the latest meet. i called them and they have it in stock 4 of them still for $99 better than my $109.

well i'm getting another one this saturday but was thinking of getting another one im still undecided. i just bought a jbj viper 150wmh system. i'm going to cut the heck out of my hood to fit it either inside or outisde of the hood. also p/u that piece i been wanting too. when im done u should come ck it out.

So you had to cut it, to get the hood off, or you did you try to fit it inside the hood? I'd personally just take off the hood and get one of those glass tops that they make for nanocubes now. I saw it at exotic.

i was thinking about that but that means i will only have 150watt MH. i was thinking of chopping into the hood so that i can have the 2-36watt PCs as well.

Just get a 20 k bulb. It'll look a whole lot cleaner than chopping up that hood. You don't really need the pc's, that's just another ballast laying around.

so would the 150mh be enough for the sps to do well in my 24?

if i went to the topless version, i could get a skimmer and that should help with all the other issues i've recently gotten.

In a 24g, 150w is pretty good. Let's see it with the lights on. Give us a pic of that superman too.

ok, heres a pic of the guy with the lights on and you can kinda see the superman here, i can't seem to get a good pic of it. its turning less blue already. i need that darn 150mh to get here already.
