Firm ware updates

Are there any new firmware updates in store for the ACII, or is it on its way out.

We haven't decided if there will be updated release of the firmware for the ACII. Since there are any significant bugs to fix, we will probably not release an update.

so there is not much of a chance of being able to set commands off of another timer like the ACJ and AC3 can do.

Those changes have actually been integrated into the AC2 & ACPRO source base, however, they haven't been tested/validated - that is the big time consuming task. We just haven't decided whether or not it is worth it for us to spend our resources on this small feature enhancement. My guess is that only a handful (<20) out of the thousands of the AC2/ACPRO users would ever upgrade to this new version.

I for one would and I know of a couple other people who would also. If you need some one to test it I would be willing to, as long as it would not mess up the ACII.
