Firmware update unsuccesful

I received my sms module on Friday and saw that the firmware should be ver.4.04 minimum.I downloaded the firmware update and tried updating my current firmware ver 4.02 but have had no success.Update gets as far as deleting flash memory(which it does not complete).The program then gives me a message stating that firmware update was unsuccesful.Profilux display says download update/yes/no.If i select yes profilux says download aborted.Any ideas?

the usual mistake:
FIRST confirm on the device, THEN click OK

just like it is mentioned in the messagebox which appears before the download
