firmware update

I purchased your Christmas special and ex upgrade, and USB card. It arrived today. I powered up the unit and notice that is 4.01 I need 4.04. Downloaded 4.04 and extracted, and files does not want to open. Check Wiki site cannot get anywhere close to any of those screen shots. Any suggestions

I spoke with Lorin and got it working. I used the serial cable as the USB was not working. I next diid the software eX upgrade and then the USB worked. Then tried the 4.04 upgrade whit the USB and that failed and USB stopped working again. Plugged back in serial cable and upgraded firmware worked. Then USB worked again. Going to finally fire this thing up this weekend.
