First Acrylic project. EVER.

Things went well, After the first time doing it, seems to be pretty easy. Just need nice cuts with some good weight. I feel that after trying to bond them in the basement, or outside. The outside sun seems to cure it quicker than inside. Anyways, here she is my new sump.

Its roughly 45 -50 gallons. What really helped me make it look clean was going over the excess edges with a flush trim router bit.

Pena-Plas, jessup industrial park. My work has an account there I think 3/8" 4'x8' sheet was roughly 120ish.

where did you get the binding agent for the the acrylic? i've read to use weld-on, did you get it from somewhere local?
