First case of red bugs

I noticed red bugs on a recent smooth skinned acropora under UV light. They weren't visible under normal MH light.

I treated it immediately with Bayer. Just wanted to share and get any feedback.

I checked my other corals and didn't see any more. This is the only smooth skinned acropora and the adjacent corals were a green star polyp and a monti digitata.

I tried to edit the video to make them stand out more. The UV makes it harder to see

I've had them for quite a while - but haven't bothered to deal with them yet as my corals are showing no signs of stress.

They appear to be attracted to my smooth skin acros the most.

I didn't see any negative side effects either. In fact, it was growing fine.

But seeing them, I had to clean them up.

I had RB not too long ago too. Nuked them with interceptor
