first clownfish fry

So I did all my research and preparations, set up my tank and started my rotifer culture about three weeks ago. The eggs hatched last night I was only able to find about a dozen babies. If I am able to keep them alive for the next two weeks would I be able to add the next fry into the same tank? If not what are my options.

My clown fish are about three years old and I believe that they have been spawning for some time near the back of my tank but only noticed the eggs about a month ago. Should I expect more babies and healthier eggs each time?

I would keep the new hatch separate from the older fish since they might out compete the new fry for food. Once they are a bit bigger I'd say you can combine them. How are you collecting the fry from the tank? The better you feed the parents the stronger the fry will be.

collected fry with a cup and a flashlight,i believe i made a newbie mistake and killed a bunch of them by spilling them into my fry tank instead of carefully placing them in the water
