First Experiance with Premium Aquatics

So far my first experiance with Premium Aquatics has been awesome! I ordered a GEO 818, Tunze nano wave box, and a 10 gal cylinder and all should be here by Friday, shipped for free! My only advice would be to have some way to see the order status online. Not a huge issue because I was able to make contact easily and got all the info that I wanted. I just figure it might cut down on people contacting you if they could see there order and it's status on your website! In anycase, so far I am very impressed with your business and will definently go through you again! Thank you!

totally agreed, if there's a way for us to view the order status and order history when we log into the site that would be great. I know that they are still working on the site so hopefully that feature will come soon *wink*

Thanks for your order, as well as the compliment! In regards to order status, we have that on the slate for the new website. We're still working out some other bugs that have priority now, but order information will be one of the things that will be integrated on the new site.
