I have a 3155, and am having some issues however I think i know what may be the issue after reading the informationals. This post is to sanity check my experience.
I am setting up a new tank, was running it with fresh water for a couple days....no problem. now I am adding salt, sand...live rock...skimmer etc., and started having issues as described in item 5, where the unit turns on at the optical sensor, turns off...then turns back on and runs to the top of the second sensor. As you might expect I have alot of bubbles the water is milky but clearing. I assume I am just getting alot of bubbles on the optic sensor, and that is my issue at present?
Since I am in startup mode, i just turned it off for the moment...will start it backup once the tank clears and is more stable.
