Hello all, first time poster- I wanted to take the opportunity to comment on my experience with Richard from Tampa Bay Saltwater.
I recently started a new build- a 16 gallon Nuvo. I was a bit apprehensive to buy rock online sight unseen, but after reading the testimonials and about how he cares for and ships his marine life I was willing to take the plunge. Richard was very easy to communicate with, we probably sent 40 emails back and forth with answering all of my questions. It was a snap to pick up the order from the airport, and the packages come with easy to understand directions.
The first shipment of rock was encrusted with organisms and the live sand teeming with life. Shine a light on the sand at night and it looks like a tiny fireworks show with critters shooting all over the place. The second part of the package comes with more amazing rock and bags and bags of cool stuff including sea fans, sponges and a royal gamma Rich sent free of charge. Aside from that, there was all kinds of stuff on the rocks- corals, sponges, tons of feather dusters, barnacles, porcelain crabs, 2 black urchins, and a sea cucumber. There is new stuff to see every day.
Its been up and running for a couple of months and everything looks great. If you want your tank to go from zero to amazing in no time, Richard is your man.
