First Fish

Except clownfish and damselfish, what I could choose my first fish for my 70G tank? I will add the various corals later.

Is it wiser to choose a yellow tang as the 1st fish?

No yellow tang. They can be aggressive to newcomers. I would go with some chromis or a goby.

Damsels look really nice, but they can turn in to mean little suckers after time. One damsel chassed my royal grama into a hole in rock every time it came out. I would wait untill your tank is really stable untill you add a clown, they can be a little sensitive.
