Went to the LFS today for some water, of course I left with something. I got a beautiful Bubble Tip and realized while all of my params are in check, I don't know much about anemones.

I've got 2X96watt PC bulbs on my 20L, giving me almost 10 watts per gallon. I've heard bubble tips need lots of light, and I know it's only PC light, but is that amount going to have any bad effects on the anemone? I just don't know anything about what bleaches them. I guess I'll find out if its in another spot when I get home from work tommorow!

It removed itself from the clamshell it came on and attatched right to the rocks I "wedged" it in. It's about the size of my hand and it sure looks bubbly after just a few hours!

Looks good, you have plenty of light for him over a 20L aquarium. Feed it frozen meaty items such as krill, silversides, etc twice a week. Bleaching is caused by stress or inadequate ligthing.

Bleaching can occur due to strong lighting (ex: 400 watt halide on 20 gallon tank), but you have nothing to fear with 192 watts of PC's. Your aquarium is adequately lit to light this species of anemone.
