First Livestock Order

I just recieved my shipping invoice and tracking #, I noticed that my Randall's pistol shrimp was dropped from the order? Was it out of Stock and do you have livestock on the webpage even if its out of stock, I would of waited and ordered once this shrimp was in stock or looked elsewhere, Only reason I got the Highfin Goby was so that It could be with the Shrimp, now Ill have to pay shipping cost for a for the Shrimp when its in stock ?. I just wished I would of had the option to know if it was instock or not in stock.

Just a Update, I have recieved my HighFin Goby, and Yellow Leather Toadstool and Two Sexy shrimp, Packaging was nice and all the Creatures are doing well atm, Highfin seems a little stressed but I probably would be too. I am impressed with my first online order of livestock, but just wished I would of known the pistol shrimp was out of Stock. But as far as the shipping I was impressed, and with the quality of the fish, coral and shrimp.

Thanks for the post. Please give us a call or send us an email and we can double check your order for you.

Because we're dealing with live animals, things can change at the last minute when we are double checking them as we package them. If we're not comfortable with the way they look or their health, we won't ship that particular animal. Unfortunately, sometimes we just don't have acceptable replacements on hand.

In general, we will ship orders as long as we have around 80% of the order on hand unless there are specific instructions left for us, in which case we will make every attempt to follow those and if we can't we will call you to make further arrangements.
