First pics with sigma 105 and tripod

here is a my first trial using the sigma 105 and the tripod

those are pretty cool. are you up close to the glass or further away and zooming in? I can't seem to take any good shots of my coral or fish.

thank you for the reply
i'm close almost touching the glass with the lens for shooting the corals in the back
and about 10 cm away from the glass for corals and fish near front glass
and that is cause of the focus
