first rod's onyx

finally got my first rod's onyx. i purchased two percs from him they are both around the size of a dime and maybe a tiny bit bigger but they have a good amount of black on them.i will post pics of them soon i just had to tell everyone. im so happy!=)

mine were dime sized too
pound for pound they are some expensive baby clowns.

would these guys get sucked through any intakes like in a biocube? im using that as my quarantine :\

mine were so small i went out and bought a three gallon for them. A year and a few months later much bigger but not onyx.

yea actually i bought two of them and they were both the size of a dime and maybe a little bigger but they both cost me 45 each. i will post pics later also i cant get them on the computer right now

Mine were that sized as well. I initally put them in a small acrylic breeder box in my tank, but was then advised to take them out of the box before they killed eachother. Well one didn't make it 2 days before he got sucked up into the overflows and never seen again. Back in the box went the surviving one.... Soon I will be ordering another Onyx to replace the one I lost =(

who told you that? i have them in an acrylic box too and they do bicker a lot but its not like theyre destroying each other. sorry about what happened :[
