Hi all, got this from my LFS for $20 today. I didnt think it was that bad of a deal, nice colors and solid frag for a test run of SPS.

Thought I'd let you guys check out the first picture. :)

Still trying to figure out the color adjustment's for this stuff. Most of my pictures turn out too blue I think.

Nice frag! Be careful with that one though, mine keeps bailing out polyps and now I have multiple little pocci frags growing all over my tank!

Couldnt imagine that being a problem honestly :bounce1: haha. Where do you guys have yours at for placement?

Oh just wait :) Middle of the tank with medium flow should be just fine for it. When it does produce babies they won't be very picky with where they grow.

Cool. I put it on the bottom for now until I can figure out where else to put it. Was thinking of putting it on a frag rack to sorta isolate it till it starts growing. Will keep you guys updated!

They are not a problem now. You will enjoy them as I did. My current colony was a dropping that stayed behind after I got rid of the mother. As you get more into SPS, you start getting more selective with corals. These are lower on the totem pole, and if they are sprouting on real estate you have for more "desirable" corals, it can get annoying. I have a small bud that is sprouting up through a Sunny D Zoa colony, and is aggravating them. That said, I still like poccis. They grow good, and make you feel like an accomplished reefer:celeb1:

Nice piece & easy to care for. They are the Xenia of the SPS world. I have multiple colonies sprouting all over my tank, even have one on my return loc-line!

Love all the tip's guys. Yeah, I could see it being a problem later on as my tank is only 20G and real estate is pretty slim. I wouldnt mind having a complete frag rack devoted to this coral though(was thinking of putting a frag rack in for mostly SPS frags) , in the 1 day that I've had it its become my new favorite already. Thing is truly amazing to look at.

Today I noticed it was getting alot less Polyp extension :( Hopefully it perk's back up. Should I take it off the floor and put it up higher?
