First water change

I'll be doing my first big water change this weekend. I've bought a 15 gallon trash bin to mix the salt water. This should be good eh?

Make sure the plastic is food grade storage so it doesn't add anything bad to the water.

How do I know if it's food grade?

What do other people use?

Look for a triangle with a number "2" in the middle of it. Should be molded in the plastic somewhere on the bottom possibly.
