Other than manderins and dragonets, what fish will normally eat copepods.

A sixline along with many other wrasses will. They will also help out with pest control in your tank. Why do you want to get rid of the pods in your tank?

I think he's worried about food source competition more than getting rid of them.

Just as a point of reference, "dragonets" are a family of fish, and mandarins (various species) are a member of that family.
