Fish Count

I currently have a 90 gallon, but in a few weeks my 165 gallon will be setup. Currently my biggest fish is a powder brown tang (5" long or so). Sargassum Trigger (3" or so), Kole Tang (2-3"), 2 snow flake clowns, 2 green chromis and an ornate goby.

My skimmers is not pulling a lot out, my nitrates are in check and my corals are all doing great.

I was looking at adding a wrasse or two, to the system. Knowing that these are probably all going to the 165 in a month or two, do you see a problem with adding the wrasse's? (Thinking about a leopard and maybe a fairy wrasse).

Only 7 fish - lightweight

I have 26 fish in my 265 so you should easily be able to manage 15. It's all about managing input/output. More fish means more nutrient export required.

I would wait to add the leopard fairy wrasses till the 165 is fully setup and running. It could cause some stress to move them into the 90 then in a month move them into a new 165.

I agree, wait until the new tank is setup. Although you could certainly get a QT up and running and QT your new adds while you are setting up the new tank! But no reason to stress then by adding them to a tank and then moving them shortly after.
