fish disease question

I have a yellow fang blenny and I have just noticed a small brown spot on his side (on the middle of his side). I do not have a picture right now, but do any of you know if it is something I need to worry about, and if I do what to treat with. Thanks

Really hard to say what it might be. Watch for any other changes in the fishs behavior or if the spot becomes larger. It might be an abrasion. I would not jump to treat the fish. See if it clears up on it's own.
