You can build a portable tank from a large igloo cooler. For filtration, buy a couple sponge filters (the kind that run off an air-pump, and a couple 12 volt or battery operated air pumps. Run the sponge filters in your tank (or sump) for a week prior to your move, then transfer them the day of the move to your igloo cooler. Fill the igloo 1/2 full with tank water, add your fish, start your sponge fillter / air pump, and drive to your new location.
You may need multiple coolers depending on the number of fish / corals / etc. Also keep some spare batteries for your pumps.
Also, keep a supply of frozen 1/2 filled water bottles on hand to deal with the heat. Check on your fish every hour or so and you should be fine.
If you move alot, like me, you can build large portable tanks from 55 gallon coolers, 12 volt marine bilge pumps, and big sponge filters, but storing them in between moves is a chore.
