In Memoriam
I just want to take a quick minute to thank Tom and Linda C. for having us over to make the fish food, I had fun as always and it was nice to meet some new people (Joe and Peter)

Linda your cookies were great (thanks for sending me home with some)

Tom your a good cook, thanks for the burger !!

I had a good time and its nice to have some top-notch food, I tried a lil in both tanks when I just got in, Everyone enjoyed and went koo-koo :D

Tony thanks for helping linda and tom with the auto top off, I have a good idea of what I'm doing now with mine (hehe)

See you all next Saturday :D

I third the above! Had a great time watching the busy bees whip up one of the most delicious marine food formula. Great conversations and beautiful tanks everywhere.

Thanks!

I knew someone would try it but I thought Krazy K would be the one. :D

No, K.K. was too busy working and soaking up all the fascinating information between Linda, Tony & Joe. You guys missed a good one!

THANK YOU Camie for getting your master to conceive the idea of FISH FOOD MASH DAY!!! "My dog ate my baseball sized chunk of frozen mysis shrimp ...believe it or not. Right off my kitchen counter..."

Thank you Joe for organizing a great day for us! Tom and I had fun having all of you over to make some really great fish food. Thank you Tony, Joe, Keith, Peter and Michael for contributing the ingredients. Special thanks to you Tony for staying and setting up my top off unit :D

There were more ingredients to the mix that aren't in the photos. I'm sure Joe will list them if anybody is interested.

GREAT PICS Linda!

In case anyone was wondering, the smell wasn't as bad as I was led to believe....fresh ingredients made the difference.

One thing we set out to do is generate a food that once thawed and added to the tank, resulted in good "bite sized" pieces...not just a liquid slurry that left the fish wondering, "OK...I smell food, but where is it?" :D

I'd like to think we accomplished that. Trick I think was that not everything went into the blender (in fact, I think few things did)....rather, food was chopped (like fish, clams, mussels, etc...) or left whole (mysis, roe, etc...).

Good stuff.

Thanks again Linda and Tom for having us in your home. I had a great time....Good Times with Good Friends....what more can you ask for.

Looking forward to the Second Unofficial CDMAS Fish-Mash Meet!

Very good pics from miss penelope !! :D

It'd be cool to see them in the newsletter or on the site :)

Awesome! SEE everyone- it isn't that hard to make your own blend, customize it with top quality ingredients, and save a few bucks!!! There are people selling frozen blends on the web now. Why pay shipping????? Glad you guys didn't mind the smell- to be honest, I don't think fish geeks care, but if you have SO's who do not appreciate the are of what you are doing, then it is another story. Guess I know what I'll be doing for a bit next Sunday. :) (Finally have a weekend in town and a few hours to do some fish stuff) Hey ESPI, want to come join me? I can get some of that b-ionic from you as well....

Michael
