hey everyone i was wondering if anyone know about the duraflake foods? and what are their reviews about it?

and also omega food, do they have phosphates and nitrates?

Any food that has protein will have phosphate and nitrogen in it. Both are required for life as macronutrients. I wasn't able to find much specifically about the Omega flakes, but they seem like a high-quality product. You could look at this recipe for a home-made food good for corals and fish:
