Fish for 4 gallon

I know I am very limited in my options, but would a pair of gumdrop coral crouchers be a reasonable option? They stay under two inches, and just hop and perch more than swim. Any thoughts?

Two words "Mantis Shrimp". Get a smithii come to the dark side!

Other options:

Barnacle blenny
Red and green striped clown goby
Yasha haze or high fin red banded goby/candy pistol pair

I would stick to just one fish in that size tank.
