I also have this fish for free. He has just been to territorial in my smaller tank. Let me know if you would like it.

To me he looks like some sort of damsel fish.

i think the common name is bow tie damsel

It's a bow tie or blue fin damsel. They turn dark solid velvety blue as adults. They can be petty mean though. They usualy do good in a larger tank though. The prettiest of all the damsels once they get thier adult color IMO.
