no - not really sure - and the 75 degrees was with the MH light on- so who knows how low it was at night. He actually was not feeding regularly- etc. - typical teenager!! BUT, I will watch more now- he is depressed- as he lost his prize. maybe he will be more careful- it was a "expert fish" which I advised against- but a 14 year old know everything right??
I was going to say...I think my mom keeps her softy reef at 76 degrees all year round...so temp alone couldn't be the issue here.
