Fish List for my 75

Greetings friends.

New 75. 6 bulb T5. Sump/fuge w/ macro lit 24/7. Skimmer. Softies, LPS and Macros. 100 lbs. live rock. 3" sand bed w/ 100 lbs. live sand. Weekly 10 gallon water change.

Here's my wish list. Now help me make it a fish list.

ORA Naked Clown Pair (have. I'm willing to give these away or set up a dedicated tank in the future if they become a pain. they're kinda dumb seeming and easy to catch :spin3
Harem of Ocellated Dragonets (have)
Bangaii Cardinal (have)
DragonFace Pipe (have)
Rainford's Goby (have)
Pair of Leopard Wrasses
Fathead Anthias
Starry Blenny
Pair of Janse's Pipes
Forcipiger sp. Butterfly or Copperband
4-6 "nano-gobies"

I understand the needs of these fish pretty well other than the leopard wrasses and Copperband which I'm learing about. I understand pod production, food training, target feeding, etc., etc. pretty well. I know this is a lot of pod hunters. That's the kind of tank I want.

My concerns are primarily bio-load, compatibility (with each other and my corals) and swimming/hiding/sleeping space. Thanks!!!

That seems to be a lot of fish for a 75 gallon tank. I would cut the fish list in half you would be hard pressed getting all those fish into a 180. I see two issues with the pipe fish I think they need specialized tanks. Copperbands are pretty hard to keep alive for any length of time please see the primer posted in the forum. Anyways thats my 2 cents. Tony

Thanks, Tony. I don't think the Copperband or perhaps any butterfly will be part of this tank. I think the pipes are doable in the tank I have in mind. I think it will depend somewhat on the "personality" of the particular pipes.

I'll see what else I could live without.

I can wait on the additional pipes, I can live with a smaller blenny, no pearly, clowns out if need be. That would put us here.

You say you understand pod production, so what can one say except this will be a very difficult tank to take care of. I wouldn't even want to think about feeding that Anthias or worry about catching the "nano-gobies" if they start causing trouble. This would be a pretty amazing fish list if you could pull it off, but i think you will have a difficult time unless you supplement pods or have a massive fuge. I like your idea, but for me it would be too much work and worries.

That list looks a lot better to me now. CubsFan is right though you are going to need to supplement the pods just about every week or have a massive fuge.

Thanks for your thoughts cubsfan et al. I'm kinda used to hard to feed tanks, but I'll take your advice into consideration. I would not want to actively supplement pods to the degree you all are suggesting, I would work to train the fish to prepared foods. I'll definitely be giving it a lot more thought as I move forward.

Is the fathead a particularly difficult anthias to feed? I thought they'd be a bit easier since they aren't very active swimmers. Thanks.
