fish list ideas

I currently have all these fish housed either together or in different tanks. Looking to consolidate tanks a bit and get rid of so many. Would these all work together?

Volitan lionfish
dog faced puffer
striped puffer
green wolf eel
I. Didactylus

That would be the initial list, then possibly add a C. Multibarbus later.

I purposefully leave the tank size out at this point to also get opinions on what tank size would be appropriate.

Don't think the lion and puffers would be a good mix unless it's a very deep tank.

Not saying it can't be done, but most puffers are clumsy and curious. Probably only a matter of time before someone gets nipped or someone gets stung.

Well then a bit more info is needed. Tank is 400 gallons 82" long 38" wide 32" tall. Currently the lion is about 7+- inches and each puffer is 5+- inches.

I have a lion with two puffers , no problems so far... the lion usually just perches and swims only when im feeding, the only close call would be durring feeding time, just be mindfull of where you drop the food... I once dropped a silverside in the tank and it went inbetween the lions spikes, good thing trigger went in there and pulled it out because if the puffer tried, im sure it wouldnt have been a fun situation.. my lion is like 13 inches and my puffers are like 5-6 each. There is always a chance it might turn out ugly tho... If i was you, i would because your tank is going to be big.

The puffers and blenny should be fine together. I wouldn't risk the liionfish and the scorp with the puffers (I have read too many horror stories) but some people make it work. I don't really think tank size is much of a factor, but a big tank like that can't hurt.
