fish or corals first

Hi I'm setting up a 10 gallon reef tank that I will soon upgrade to a 38 gallon. I would like opinions on if you think it would be better to add fish first or corals first. Or does it not matter. Will the fish uproot new corals?

Personally I do not think it matters. I have not had any fish rearrange my corals for me. But I do not keep any sand sifters, they may possibly if the frag is on the bottom.

Have you added any bacteria, like Brightwell bac7, or Dr. Tims Live stuff...?
Highly recommended. Start with a cheap coral if you want. You might need some ammonia if you add bacteria with no fish however. Good luck with the tank. [emoji2]

Wait three months to cycle the tank and get it all stable then add clean up crew. Maybe a couple easy corals. Wait on the bigger tank for fish.

What kind of clean up crew should I get I want a shrimp and I was thinking maybe some blue legged hermits and maybe some snails
