Fish parasite ID help

My unicorn always has this only where his fins touch his body. I know I've had crypto in the tank before but no signs of it for probably 4-6 months so it's been knocked down substantially. Other than that it doesn't really seem like it to me as they don't look like the typical white cysts... it looks more like little bumps under or on the skin but look skin colored (gray). I'm assuming it's only behind the fins because he is removing his protective slime coat in this area when swimming. It seems to only be on this guy as no other fish have it...

My best guess is its something viral or bacterial related. Before treating, I would first try to boost his immune system by food soaking vitamins or Beta-glucan.

Can you take pictures with white light? The actinic light makes it hard to see.
