Fish scratching.. if it's not ich, what could it be?

What else would cause fish to scratch / flash if it's not ich?

That makes sense. I have my fish in a small 40g breeder right now... gave them some ezreef mastiff that wasn't eaten all the way. Water looks a bit murky. Maybe it dissolved into water polluting it.
