Well, all fish need to be fed...
fish don't need fancy lights to survive, really a basic desk light will do. most have a combination of blue/white lights as it brings out the color in fish, and there are plenty of good automatic lightings for soft corals around 100$
I know you're asking for a complete list, but its really up to what you think is nice.
I would recommend having a Bubble Tip Anemone and some type of goby and Dartfish
Live Aquaria is a great place to choose the rest of the fish for your tank

A good place to look at coral selections and their requirements like lighting is Liveaquaria or Diver's Den. There really isn't a list perse unless you buy Aquarium Corals by Borneman.

Do you really want to get a saltwater aquarium is what I am going to ask? Looks like you are wanting to be pretty lazy starting out. Not being rude, but how would you like never being fed? Just asking.
NP I dont take afence to little stuff but i should have been a little more clear and said coral that does not as much feeding and by chance do you know what bubble tip anomne's need to be fed.

Plenty of light with good flow is what works for me. I cast feed my entire system with different foods and do not worry about spot feeding at the moment. I do that at least 2 times a day. I also feed flakes and pellet alternating days and seaweed clip every other day.
Just starting out I wouldn't worry about anemones and coral. Just focus on getting cycled and then add a few fish. If you manage to keep those alive then in about 5-6 months look at putting an anemone in there. The key is taking your time.
The tank is established it has a little damsel in it RN just to see if it survives(tester). its been running for about 3 and a half weeks now. I Have kept a 100 gallon freshwater tank before but filter shorted out or something while house sitter was here and sadly lost almost all my fish and my 16 inch fire eel.

If you have established your aquarium, then you can try whatever you feel would work for you. Just keep an eye on things just in case and if something looks like it is on it way out, maybe let your friend house it temporarily to recover and see what is going on with you system.
