Fish with ICH?

There are a lot of variables -- water quality, water temperature, nutrition, previous health of the fish, etc. I've read that occasionally fish in good condition seem to be able to fight off ich and develop somewhat of an immunity to it. But, without treatment, many will die within 2 weeks.
This article is an excellent read on ich

lol some of my fish are going on 3 weeks with ich, still eating strong, and they actually don't seem to mind it. I would love to catch them and put them in quarantine but its just not feasible.

I had a bad outbreak of ick in my predator tanks killed several Fish over two weeks. Some tanks had live rock in them the Haitain kind.I used 3 bottles of copper power that was 26 days ago no Fish are rubbing on rocks and cheap live rock seems to be doing fine.Copper levels are .4 to .3 inall tanks. All fish are heathly and eating well water quailty is good, all ick is dead.

Copper certainly cures ich, but also kills inverts. You don't want to use it in a tank that you ever hope to keep inverts in.
