That's the problem with SO many companies, they always forget the number one rule of customer service - "awe the customer".

Now if they would have just apologized and sent you another bottle our free, you probably would have told people what great customer service they had.

Now, by trying to save a few bucks, they have not only lost you and all of your future purchases, but everyone else that you tell or that reads this.

So they saved a few bucks to lose hundreds more...

Yep. That pretty much covers it. And in fact they weren't going to save anything, it would have amounted to theft, because they took my money for the bottle they didn't send. Now, they will lose that money and, I hope other potential customers.
 
I have a patent pending on the title under your name. Change it immediatly or I will pursue legal action to the fullest extent of the law.
